面試在捷泰廣場(chǎng)，提早了四五十分鐘到，就在外面電腦城晃了下，到還有二十分鐘的時(shí)
候上去。十點(diǎn)四十七八分鐘進(jìn)去，十一點(diǎn)二十分鐘出來(lái)，面了半個(gè)小時(shí)。總的一點(diǎn)就是
jackson會(huì)根據(jù)你說(shuō)的壓著來(lái)問(wèn)。用英語(yǔ)和粵語(yǔ)。下面是大致的過(guò)程：

Jackson：進(jìn)來(lái)了，坐吧（J――jackson yu）

Me：好的，謝謝

J：有沒(méi)帶簡(jiǎn)歷過(guò)來(lái)？

Me：有，兩份都帶了

J：拿過(guò)來(lái)看下（他手里已經(jīng)有以前投的簡(jiǎn)歷，我3月8號(hào)郵箱投了后在體育館招聘會(huì)又投
了份自己的中英文簡(jiǎn)歷，他拿著我的英文簡(jiǎn)歷）（我把那份application form和我的簡(jiǎn)
歷給了他）

J：為什么這么遲投匯豐？

Me：（微笑一下說(shuō)）上學(xué)期有考研

J：哦？！考怎樣？

Me：沒(méi)有上

J：考哪間學(xué)校？

Me：哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)

J：（沒(méi)聽(tīng)清楚可能）考回本校？（神情有點(diǎn)不太爽，似乎是想反問(wèn)考本校還考不上？？
）

Me：不是，我考哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)

J：哦，考幾分？

Me：考了×××

J：上線(xiàn)分是多少？

Me：×××

J：哪科考差了？

Me：數(shù)學(xué)考差了，今年數(shù)學(xué)較難（后面這句多余）

J：怎么會(huì)數(shù)學(xué)考差了？工科學(xué)生不至于數(shù)學(xué)差吧？

Me：可能準(zhǔn)備得不夠充分吧

J：你一個(gè)學(xué)期都在準(zhǔn)備考研，怎么會(huì)不夠充分呢？

Me：我有參加一些項(xiàng)目，自己有…

J：既然要考研怎么你不專(zhuān)心地去準(zhǔn)備呢？

Me：（不好答）我是。。大部分時(shí)間都在準(zhǔn)備。。只是也會(huì)花一些時(shí)間做其他的項(xiàng)目。
。

J：（見(jiàn)我沒(méi)什么好答就轉(zhuǎn)話(huà)題了）有沒(méi)參加我們匯豐的校園宣講？

Me：有，在我考研期間只參加過(guò)匯豐的宣講（騙人的了，還有參加VIA的）

J：當(dāng)時(shí)有沒(méi)有申請(qǐng)？還是沒(méi)申請(qǐng)到呢？

Me：沒(méi)有申請(qǐng)，要準(zhǔn)備考研

J：那你幾時(shí)開(kāi)始找工的？

Me：三月份過(guò)完年回來(lái)了，匯豐是我第一批投簡(jiǎn)歷的公司

J：英語(yǔ)過(guò)了幾級(jí)？

Me：四級(jí)

J：什么時(shí)候過(guò)的？多少分？

Me：×××（低了點(diǎn)，不想說(shuō)多少分）我們是較早過(guò)的拿證書(shū)的

J：多少分？

Me：（只好說(shuō)了）四級(jí)××，六級(jí)400分

J：六級(jí)考了多少次？

Me：。。。應(yīng)該是。。。三四次有吧（其實(shí)不止了好像，過(guò)了四級(jí)后考到現(xiàn)在，次次都
考了，六級(jí)準(zhǔn)考證一堆了）

J：之前有沒(méi)面試過(guò)？。。。有沒(méi)拿到。。

Me：（回答太急了，打斷他了估計(jì)他想問(wèn)有沒(méi)拿到offer）有

J：都是些什么公司？

Me：比如IBM China Global Delivery，即是以前ISSC

J：哦，ISSC，在深圳的，幾時(shí)面的？

Me：是的，在深圳的，我三月底面的

J：他們給的待遇如何？

Me：×××

J：什么職位呢？

Me：投的是mainframe方面的，歐美項(xiàng)目組

J：so what is mainframe?

Me：即是大型機(jī)

J：what you will do in this job?

Me：do some coding on mainframe。。。

J：just coding？

Me：（有點(diǎn)懵，還有其他的嗎）…，my team is Europe/US project team,…and my j
ob is mainly do some coding ,…and also know something such as AS/400…（緊張
）

J：AS/400?and your job is on mainframe? so what is AS/400??

Me：(反應(yīng)過(guò)來(lái)說(shuō)錯(cuò)了，AS/400是中型機(jī)) yes，AS/400 is 中型機(jī)，my team is Europ
e/US project team, and my job is mainly on mainframe ,but the …requirement
form …also…mention AS/400,…so I should also… learn some knowledge about
AS/400…

J：so you don’t know what you will do??

Me：yes I know that, I will work on mainframe, do some coding…

J：is there any coding jobs on mainframe ? what would you do in this job?(又
一次，懷疑我連干什么都不知道就申請(qǐng)這個(gè)職位了)

Me：。。。（緊張了）yes, but they didn’t …give us the details of the job ,
just said that what team will in …and what the team is…

J：what language and OS you will use on mainframe? what

Me：。。。（緊張）沒(méi)答好（轉(zhuǎn)頭看了看窗外，心理閃過(guò)一點(diǎn)失望和放棄的念頭）

J：if GLTc and ISSC both give you offer, which will you chiose?

Me：GLTc

J：give me three reason

Me：three?!! er.. both of these two companies are large companies, have the
international management methods...

J：ok, just tell me your three reasons（前面說(shuō)的廢話(huà)了）

Me：first of all, I have took part in school talk of GLTc, and I know that G
LTc have a “PATH” for the fresh graduate…

J：en, so is PATH for?

Me：it’s a series of programs for the development of the fresh graduates

J：what PATH means?

Me：er…(更緊張，因?yàn)橥�了PATH指的是什么) PATH…er, It’s about…sorry, I can
not explain it exactly…

J：ok, you don’t need to explain it exactly, just tell me what it is about?
...(汗，不放過(guò)我)

Me：it is mainly about …er…I just can not express myself smoothly….

J：OK, in Chinese.(再汗一個(gè)，還是不放過(guò)我)

Me：大概就是給一個(gè)新員工在適應(yīng)工作環(huán)境、制定自身在公司發(fā)展目標(biāo)方面的。。。

J：so you don’t know what is PATH??

Me：er…I can not explain it exactly now, but the time I know it at the scho
ol talk I think it is very useful for the development of the fresh graduates
…

J：ok, so your first reason can not support yourself（回到前面說(shuō)的三個(gè)理由那
里）

Me：en…(微笑、苦笑、傻笑一下)

J：（也笑笑）and the other reasons?

Me：location、salary and compensation

J：(笑一笑) so you just give me two reasons, I told you to give me three rea
sons, and now you just give two reasons, location and salary

Me：（傻笑，選擇GLTc的兩個(gè)成立的理由是location and salary）

J：ok, if GLTc give you the job offer, what can you do for us? Or how you wi
ll make your contribution to us?

Me：er…I’m hard working, and…

J：ok, ok, all the fresh graduates are hard working, tell me, what? How ?

Me：how?

J：en, how?（似乎還是懷疑我連這個(gè)職位干什么都不知道就投了）

Me：I can do some coding

J：just coding？

Me：also some testing if needed, and document writing

J：en, testing, document writing

J：how would you plan yourself if you get the offer?

Me：I have a ten years career plan. If I get the offer, I will start as a SA
P, and I will work in this position in two years. During these two years, I
will work hard at the position of coding, and I will also learn some knowled
ge on project management…

J：project management?

Me：yes, I will learn something about this….

J：how will you learn project management knowledge?

Me：er, I can learn it from the project manager of GLTc…

J：maybe you can not see any project manager in these two years

Me：I can also learn from my team leader or some other ITO,…

J：team leader? ITO ? they are not project managers, 而且有些team leader可能
還不如你，你怎么向他們學(xué)project management knowledge？回家自學(xué)？（他自己用回
一些中文）

Me：（又有點(diǎn)懵了）er…yes I can learn it by myself out of my work when I bac
k home… er,理論上的…(想想有點(diǎn)不妥，自己看著jackson都有點(diǎn)笑，他也笑笑)（我接
著說(shuō)）

since the team leaders are working in GLTc for maybe several years , they of
course have many experiences worth us to learn…

J：en（點(diǎn)頭笑了）

Me：even the moment my leader give me my task have many things worth us to l
earn。。。

J：（再點(diǎn)點(diǎn)頭）ok, how about the following years? You said you have a ten ye
ars career plan.

Me：yes, after these two years, I think I will reach the point for a higher
position. I will strive hard to be a ITO. And , maybe I will working in this
position for another two or three years, also, during these years, I will l
earn some knowledge on project management, enhance my ability in project man
age and my sense of cooperative and team work. After that, I think I will ha
ve reach a higher point to pursuit for other higher position, and which can
make me contribute more to GLTc.(之前有所準(zhǔn)備，雖然答得還不是很好，沒(méi)有按那個(gè)
“規(guī)劃”得很好的答案來(lái)答，被他打亂了點(diǎn)，但也算一氣呵成了)

J：ok，你大學(xué)期間有沒(méi)有做過(guò)什么項(xiàng)目呢？

Me：有做過(guò)，除課程設(shè)計(jì)外，大三時(shí)有和老師做，在老師指導(dǎo)下做了實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)等
。。。

J：有多少人做？

Me：有四個(gè)人編碼，一個(gè)專(zhuān)門(mén)測(cè)試

J：用了多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間？

Me：總共三個(gè)月，編碼兩個(gè)月，其他做需求和測(cè)試等用了大概一個(gè)月。

J：這中間有用到什么樣的軟件工程的思想？

Me：有，因?yàn)槭抢蠋煹闹笇?dǎo)下做的，在比較規(guī)范的流程下做的。開(kāi)始有立項(xiàng)可行性分析
，由老師做（廢話(huà)了）；然后是進(jìn)行需求分析，需求分析和編碼是交叉著做，我有做需
求分析方面的工作，主要是與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理員交流訪(fǎng)談，收集他們需要用到的數(shù)據(jù)，然
后寫(xiě)出需求分析報(bào)告；再進(jìn)行概要的設(shè)計(jì)，主要是系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)上的設(shè)計(jì)。。。

J：好，你認(rèn)為這里面哪方面做得好的？

Me：我認(rèn)為是需求分析了，需求分析是兩個(gè)人做，我們通過(guò)與多位實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理員訪(fǎng)談，
記錄各項(xiàng)需要的數(shù)據(jù)，并且有指導(dǎo)老師的指導(dǎo)，多次的討論和更新，做得比較完善。。
。

J：那做得不好的呢？

Me：（沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)備到這些）er，應(yīng)該就是，系統(tǒng)的概要設(shè)計(jì)吧（亂說(shuō)的）

J：哦？你說(shuō)需求分析做得很好，而且你們又有交叉著做，那問(wèn)題不應(yīng)該出在概要設(shè)計(jì)上
吧？

Me：er。。。那個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)概要設(shè)計(jì)的同學(xué)沒(méi)有進(jìn)行需求分析。。。而且能不能理解好需求
分析文檔或者能不能做好概要設(shè)計(jì)還要看負(fù)責(zé)的同學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與能力。。。

J：（看了看時(shí)間，十一點(diǎn)二十分了，又轉(zhuǎn)下頭看了看外面，還有兩個(gè)人等著面試）ok，
今天就這樣了，你還有沒(méi)有什么問(wèn)題呢？

Me：（有準(zhǔn)備）er，我想請(qǐng)問(wèn)下，匯豐現(xiàn)在招這么多人有沒(méi)有考慮接外面其他銀行的訂
單做？

J：沒(méi)有，就是因?yàn)槲覀冏约旱臉I(yè)務(wù)都做不完才招那么多人

Me：那我有了解到近兩年匯豐將發(fā)展到3千人左右，有沒(méi)有考慮過(guò)自己建一個(gè)基地呢？

J：我們有基地啊，我們?cè)谌�球有三個(gè)基地，巴西、印度和廣州。。。

Me：不是，我意思是有沒(méi)有考慮在廣州匯豐自己建樓建工作的基地？這對(duì)公司文化有很
大影響和給員工很多的便利。。。

J：有考慮，現(xiàn)在有在規(guī)劃，一步一步來(lái)嘛。。。

Me：哦。。明白

J：ok，就這樣了

J：你最早什么時(shí)候能上班？

Me：最早的話(huà)五月份了（以前堅(jiān)持的一定在7月份后才去上班的“原則”這時(shí)動(dòng)搖了）

J：你畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)怎么辦？還要答辯

Me：畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)我現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)在做，到時(shí)應(yīng)該可以請(qǐng)假了

J：當(dāng)然，可以請(qǐng)假的

J：那好了，今天就這樣了，感謝你來(lái)參加匯豐的面試

附：匯豐IT面試常問(wèn)問(wèn)題：

一．職業(yè)規(guī)劃

英語(yǔ)問(wèn)的問(wèn)題主要是關(guān)于SAP INTERNSHIP這個(gè)職位，對(duì)它的了解啊，希望能從INTE
RN里獲得什么啊之類(lèi)的

Accumulate a lot of Work experience. I can learn much more knowledge about c
oding, software designing and so on. Do some ready for sap, communicate with
the people in GLTc well

問(wèn)自己可以為匯豐做些什么貢獻(xiàn)也就是你在這方面有些什么能力。

As I have participated in several projects, have accumulated a little founda
tion on software when I was in Collage, so I can do some coding, software de
sign and testing, and so on..

問(wèn)為何考研，為何轉(zhuǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)做IT

Because my major is computer science ,it needs a lot of work experience ,the
other hand ,my family did not allow me to, they can not afford my schooling
any more, and I want to let them live better more early.

“你知道如果進(jìn)來(lái)匯豐后會(huì)做些什么工作嗎？”“會(huì)用到些什么？”

Frankly speaking, I know little about it, I just know that gltc is towards s
ystems of bank, it will be using the COBOL and java language ,and so on,also
the chance of working on mainframe

“你為什么會(huì)選擇匯豐”

GLTC have a promising development prospect, and offer a “PATH” to IT c
areer development., provides plenty of valuable training opportunities to em
問(wèn)自己可以為匯豐做些什么貢獻(xiàn)也就是你在這方面有些什么能力。

Because my major is computer science ,it needs a lot of work experience ,the

“你的職業(yè)規(guī)劃是什么？”

Just like study, career plan should be accomplished step by step. In the fir
st few years, I’m willing to work from the very bottom, for example, act as
a coding programmer. Since technologies update very quickly, I will keep le
arning new skills without end. My study ability can guarantee my performance
in the future. As time going on, I will master some advanced skills and b
ecome an experienced employee. To be a senior specialist is my dream at this
moment. I believe then I can contribute more to my company. A few years lat
er, after I have made a solid foundation in various skills, including techni
cal and communication, I will put more concentration on project management.
At that time, hope that I am able to take charge of large software projects.
Of course, that’s a much higher level and needs rich experience and deep f
oundation.

二．項(xiàng)目結(jié)合軟件工程

J: Which project have you done?

I participated in several projects which belong to Computer Engineering R&D
Center, I think my impressive project is “College Entrance Examination regi
ster System of Guangdong”, we used java and jsp to complete this project, t
his system is a website, with the help of the website the examinees of Guang
dong Province can register easily and the administrator also can manage the
data conveniently

Strictly speaking my task is just coding, but in fact

Form these project experiences of the Computer Engineering R&D Center, I imp
roved my coding ability greatly, met something new during the work, which gr
eatly enhanced my knowledge and widen my view, obtained abundant experience
of analyzing and designing an application system, understood the process of
the software development, gained ability of adapting to a new environment in
a short time, also improved my ability of communication and cooperation.

J: Can you tell something about software engineering?

項(xiàng)目和技術(shù)，對(duì)軟件工程的了解、項(xiàng)目里擔(dān)當(dāng)角色、項(xiàng)目過(guò)程這幾方面面很多。面試?yán)?br /> 一般是自己選一個(gè)項(xiàng)目來(lái)說(shuō)，而且一般說(shuō)一個(gè)而已。Jackson會(huì)圍繞某個(gè)點(diǎn)（我的話(huà)就是
那個(gè)項(xiàng)目）來(lái)問(wèn)你各種各樣的問(wèn)題，有時(shí)真防不勝防，怎么做就怎么說(shuō)吧。Jackson問(wèn)的
是項(xiàng)目周期上、安排和做法方面的問(wèn)題，而技術(shù)GG(如果有的話(huà))就問(wèn)下你用了什么技術(shù)
和具體做法

在問(wèn)final project這一part里面，他可能會(huì)問(wèn)得非常詳細(xì)，需求分析怎么做，得到什么
結(jié)果，你的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的字段是什么都問(wèn)到（還好還記得啦），然后詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)你負(fù)責(zé)那個(gè)模
塊，你們幾個(gè)程序員怎么協(xié)調(diào)的

“能用英語(yǔ)嗎？”

“I can try my best”

“Do you have any system experience?”（第一個(gè)問(wèn)題就單刀直入，看來(lái)他們很重視
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的，從這去補(bǔ)救沒(méi)有考專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的那關(guān)，我的一直提問(wèn)都是按照我原來(lái)的申請(qǐng)
表回答的記錄也在那上面，我的簡(jiǎn)歷連看都沒(méi)有看，大家最好把簡(jiǎn)歷說(shuō)的事例也準(zhǔn)備一
下）

“I think my impressive experience is my summer internship in………”（剩下就
是自己個(gè)人吹水啦）我覺(jué)得非常值得注意的是她很詳細(xì)的問(wèn)怎么需求分析（項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)始
），怎么控制進(jìn)度(control the schedule),怎么meet the deadline, 用到什么softwa
re,遇到過(guò)什么困難，為什么你一開(kāi)始不會(huì)用后來(lái)克服困難的方法來(lái)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目，如果現(xiàn)在
讓你重新進(jìn)行的話(huà)你會(huì)如何做。反正真的問(wèn)的很詳細(xì)，但由于一開(kāi)始話(huà)題的項(xiàng)目選擇是
由你來(lái)決定的，所以面試前應(yīng)該用英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)下你想說(shuō)show的那個(gè)項(xiàng)目的詳細(xì)過(guò)程。

“Do you have any other project experience?”

“Other than some academic experiment, I think there aren't”

問(wèn)我說(shuō)你不喜歡測(cè)試的工作，但是測(cè)試是工作的一部分怎么辦，怎樣編程能夠使tester
比較輕松

三．畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)習(xí)

J:What are you thinking about the internship?

me:I can do some ready for the sap.

J:What are the ready?

me:First,I can learn much knowleage about coding, software designing and so

on.second,I can communication with the people in GLTc well.

J:Do you think that if you are a intern, you will have no time to deal with

your graduate paper?

me:I don't think so. I only do my job in the day time. I have night time and
weekend to finish my graduate paper and my teacher is very nice and I am go
ing well with him as I ever participated in project flowered him, I believe
that with my hard effort I can deal well with both graduate paper and intern
ship.

四．其他

J:你好像只過(guò)了CET-4,什么時(shí)候過(guò)的？

jackson問(wèn)：“你到現(xiàn)在拿了幾個(gè)公司offer了?” 簽了沒(méi)？
