職位描述： Job duties:
To greet customers at the first point of contact as soon as the customer approach branch.
To direct customers to relevant Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Customer Service Officer (CSO)’s desk. or answer customer’s simple enquiries if CSR/CSO is occupied.
To handle all inferior Non HSBC Premier (NHP) accounts and zero-balance NHP accounts follow up work.
To provide excellent service to customers through introducing appropriate banking services by understanding customer needs
To provide assistance in queue management and branch merchandizing display.
To back up CSR who is on leave or during lunchtime.

Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Good communication and selling skills
Good understanding of Personal Financial Service (PFS) products and service
Good spoken and written English
Well organized
Nice personality
