職位描述： Job duties:
-To handle office administration work including telephone operator, filing, faxing, correspondence, and paper work.
-To handle outward TT/DD operation in accordance with the SAFE regulations.
-To assist counter team in providing outstanding customer service and pick up customer’s phone call & answer customer’s simple enquiries when counter staff is busy.
-To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service
-Always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior.

Job requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Be careful and quick to ensure the work is closely followed and completed in time
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Good command of spoken English and PC knowledge
-Nice personality
-Be able to work under pressure
