職位描述： Job Duties:
-To assist Strategy, Propositions and Channels (SPH) Assist Vice President (AVP) in implementing database development, and in assisting Asia Pacific(ASP) Project BI R2 testing. With the robust database lying down as the foundation, Business Planning & Analytics team can code with the rapid growth of HBCN Commercial Banking(CMB) business, and consistently improve the efficiency & accuracy of MI needs from various channels and parties
-To support the delivery of accurate and timely MI and performance reports as required by Country and Regional and Group headquarters and track performance under CMB’s variable incentive schemes. Contribute to the improvement and alignment initiatives between HBCN CMB and other business units, Group offices and strategic partners
-To manage loan pipeline effectively on providing business with clear vision of business opportunities among different layers from Relational Managers (RM) to Business Managers. Be responsible for delivering high quality day to day existing pipeline reports
-To help monitor CMB expenses, cost allocations and promote cost savings within the business. Perform detailed monthly review of CMB headcount and CMB expense
-To support Ad Hoc data requests in assisting team leader on delivering timely and high quality ad hoc data request from ASP /CEO Office/CMB Head/CMB Region and Segment

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or above, in Computer Science or Statistics
-Advance skills in using MS Excel. Professional in statistic tools, ie, SAS, SQL etc is a plus
-Willingness to work on fundamental tasks for Database and MI related tasks
-Able to work under pressure with tight timeline to product high quality management report
-Good communication skills are required for coordinating different units in the bank
-General understanding of the banking industry is a plus
-Fluent spoken and written English
