Operations & Risk Control Assistant職位描述： 
  Job duties:

Assist to coordinate with relevant parties to refine operational process with risk control and customer experience balanced, such as Personal Financial Services (PFS) account opening, maintenance process, etc.

Assist to co-work with relevant parties to accomplish the project ascribed to internal or regulatory requirements

Assist to coordinate to dispose of audit findings or CMP/ORC review recommendations in operation regard within PFS

To promote a strong awareness of operational risk, assist to identify and assess operational risk for improvement

To provide assistance in other operation and risk control related support assigned by management
Job requirements:
University degree or above, profound knowledge in personal account operation or operational risk control is preferred

Proficient PC skill, especially for EXCEL and PPT

Proficient in English, esp. for written

Excellent communication skill

Good team player and can work under pressure

Detail-oriented personality and good analytical thinking ability
