  Job Duties:

- To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
- To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling
- To explore new business opportunity through cold calls
- To handle customer feedback

Job Requirements:

- University graduate
- Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
- Logical thinking and good presentation skills
- Basic PC knowledge
