  Job Duties:
-To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
-To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling
-To explore new business opportunity through cold calls
-To handle customer feedback

Job Requirements:

-University graduate
-Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
-Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
-Logical thinking and good presentation skills
-Basic PC knowledge
