NSC Operations Assistant職位描述： 
  Job Duties:

 To meet targets on productivity & accuracy within stipulated time frame;
 To process requests in accordance with policies and procedures and enable to identify and escalate common fraud/errors/irregular transactions;
 To acquire updated knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes;
 To take both job rotation and classroom training to expand relevant job knowledge and be familiar with regulations of both HBCN and the local regulators;
 To keep open and close communications with peers, supervisors, internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:

 University Graduate
 Good command of English and PC skill;
 Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
 Careful, patient and good communication skill;
 Be able to work under pressure and flexible to work shift;
