Intern for TSC Department Trade and Receivable Finance Team職位描述： 
  Internship Period and service starting date :
-6 months fixed term, starting from 19 March, mandatory request 5 days service per week
Job Duties :
- This position will be hired to support Global Trade and Receivable Finance Team in HSBC Trade and Supply Chain Department ;
- Main job duties include but not limited to :
1) Generate and prepare various business reports for the Trade and Receivable Finance Team, including business management daily report, daily summary report, draw-down report etc;
2) Timely update Team’s business data and figures into Bank system for daily draw-down tracking ;
3) Monitor and provide commodity pricing daily update for the team ;
4) To provide necessary and efficient assistance to team managers in preparing and issuing business offer letters to Bank customers ;
5) Join and attend team meetings, prepare agenda and draft meeting minutes;
6) To perform as a team administrator, book meeting room, organize team meeting, order stationery, distribute meeting minutes, filing documents etc;
- On-job training and necessary coaching will be provided ;

Requirements :

- Local university grading 3 student or post-graduate student
- Mainland China citizen, holder of PRC ID Card
- Major in Finance, Trade or Accounting
- Good commend of English, both spoken and written ability
- Skillful of Word, Excel, PPT
- Quick learner and very detail-oriented
- Can work under limited time-line with multiple tasks and under pressure
Attendance Requirement :
- Applicant must be able to secure 5 days service per week starting from 19 March to 19 September
Allowance and Reward:
- The intern will be entitled with daily service allowance, RMB 60 /day, payable on monthly basis
