Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in this role, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

- To identify emerging mass affluent customers with large deposits, evaluate customer’s need & cross-sell RBWM products including Wealth Management products and service.
To deliver high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
To maintain service enhancement by assisting SBM in cultivating the Sales &Service culture, in ensuring the professional environment of the bank hall and handling difficult situations to customers’ satisfaction.
To support SBM in implementing Sales & Service plan for the department. Ensures the targets set under Sales & Service programmes are met.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state)
About 1 years’ related working experience
General knowledge of full range of Bank’s Retail Banking & Wealth Management (RBWM) banking products and services
Mature and with commercial orientation
Basic spoken and written English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, sociable and able to work under pressure
Good team player
Well organized
