Responsibilities:
1.CV pre-screening and interview arrangement
2.Follow up with internship process
3.Prepare new hire on board materials and collect required documents from new hires
4.Consolidate and update HR related documents and forms upon request
5.Help add vendor and collect related materials
6.Help on MA recruiting program
7.Other ad hoc task required by HR Generalist
Requirements:
1.Work with high efficiency; be able to adapt quickly to the new environment
2.Self-motive, reliable, diligent, energetic
3.Good sense of responsibility and teamwork
4.Work at least 3 days a week and candidates who can work in winter holiday is preferred.
