主要工作職責(zé):
為銀行或信用卡現(xiàn)有客戶提供電話即時(shí)查詢及處理帳戶服務(wù)。
職位要求:
純正粵語(yǔ)，同時(shí)擁有良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力；
中專以上學(xué)歷；
具備良好的人際交往和溝通能力；
能適應(yīng)24小時(shí)輪班制；
能承受一定的工作壓力。
有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)將優(yōu)先考慮
夜班會(huì)有額外津貼和交通補(bǔ)助
