職位描述：
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Assist the Head of Operational Risk and Business Head in directing and overseeing the day-to-day management of operational risks including driving and directing compliance at the business level.
Support the Head of Operational Risk and the business unit heads of the assigned portfolio in implementing controls to meet regulatory and internal requirements, and also to drive and implement an effective risk management framework, and promote a strong risk management and a compliance culture.
Partner the Business Units on operational risk matters to ensure business growth is balanced with risk management and control.
Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities, timely identification and reporting of significant risks and losses and effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
Work with Group / Country L&C and the businesses to ensure there is adequate training in Compliance. In addition document and implement controls to ensure compliance with regulations and Group Standards.
Provide assurance to the Head of Operational Risk on policy implementation and quality of controls within the business units of the assigned portfolio.
