Job Duties:
-To deliver excellent level of customer services at the counter through efficient operational support
-To protect the Bank's interest
-To control the branch operations and cash position
-To contribute to the successful implementation of the Bank's service & sales strategies
-To promote the Bank's services and sales
-To contribute to the development of staff in his/her team
-To meet customer needs with professional manners

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Above eight years' working experience in banking, counter experiences preferred
-Good knowledge of banking products and compliance regulations
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent in spoken and written English
