ELECTION CRITERIA
-Degree holder
-Over 10 years consumer banking experience with 3 years in Sales Management / Branch Management
-Experience in global financial markets ie. Securities, FX, Bonds, Interest, Indexes….
-Knowledge in CBRC regulation
-Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
-Excellent inter-personal skills
-Excellent people management skill
-A good team player and able to work independently under pressure
