? Conducting of Control Self Assessment (CSA).
? Ensuring preparation and periodic review and update of Business Recovery Plan (BRP) and BRP annual testing.
? Keeping updated on the process and banking regulations in Shanghai.
? Timely /accurate completion of CSA report.
? Current, workable and tested BRP in force

? Any other responsibilities or tasks that may be assigned.
? Ensuring that STARC standards and procedures have been adhered to and that there are no lapses or gaps in Control
? Depends on the nature of functions assigned.
? Compliance with STARC standards
Knowledge and Skills
? Good knowledge of laws and banking in China.
? Strong product knowledge.
? Good documentation skills (in Mandarin and English)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan operations.
? Proficient in Microsoft (Excel / Words)
? Strong sense of control and risk management.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Mandarin.
? Business orientated and able to deal with internal and external customers.
