To support the long-term development of the Bank’s treasury business on the Mainland, we need well-qualified and highly motivated candidates to join us as China Treasury Associates. Candidates who are interested in developing their career in this field are invited to apply for the post.
The incumbent will go through one-year on-the-job training in our Shanghai Treasury Centre for exposure to treasury marketing, dealing and operations. He / she will then be posted to other cities in the Mainland and independently take up duties in treasury business development and client relationship management. As appropriate, he / she may also be given a six to eight-week training attachment in the Hong Kong Head Office to enhance his / her knowledge of various treasury products and widen his / her exposure to the business practices.

To be qualified as one of our valued associates, you should possess:
-An Honors Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance
-Minimum of two years’ work experience, preferably in marketing or financial services
-Willingness to take up overseas assignments and relocate to other provinces within Mainland China
-Strong self-motivation and commercial orientation
-Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
-High proficiency in both English and Chinese
