職位描述：
JOB SCOPE
Supervision of Beijing Operations Department's Account Opening, Maintenance; Remittances; Trade Finance; and Relief team.
Taking care of the department's staff issues: annual leave, back-up, career development, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
On delivering process and settlement of transactions under the job scope in the capacity of authorizations:
-To ensure compliance of the transaction
-To avoid operational risks that may occur, existence of at least dual control
-To ensure delivery of quality services to customers
-To maintain good communications with all lines of business
For the department's building:
-To coach the staff
-To study the feasibility and benefits from manual processing, automation, out-sourcing
-To maintain the department in neat, tidy and orderly manners, including systematic archiving procedures
-To prepare for backups for staff and business continuity plans
SELECTION CRITERIA
Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A good team-player and able to work independently under pressure
Minimum working experience of 10 years in the operations fields largely fitting into the job scope above, with 5 years in the supervisory level.
