Job Title: Relationship Manager, CFS（個人理財客戶經理/ 個人銀行業務
Business Division: Consumer Financial Services
Job Description:
-Develop and acquire new relationships with affluent market prospects through different channels.
-Maintain and manage long term relationship with customers providing excellent after sales service.
-To achieve sales and service goals through performing need based profiling selling process, providing suitable Wealth Management product solutions to customers.
-Provide assistant to Customer Service Manager for projects and assignments.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree
-Related experience is preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Sales–driven with a good service attitude
-Good analytical and problem resolution skills
-Have an intuitive, curious, flexible and result-oriented mindset
-Knowledge in financial market
-Good command of English.
