職位描述：
Key responsibility:
Assist and provide advices to partner banks on business requirement analysis, system specification preparation and implementation plan;
Co-ordinate system testing activities conducted by partner bank’s business departments;
Assist the planning and the development of project deliverables and develop the overall project schedule for business;
Understand Clients’ current data structure and provide suggestion on methodology of required data collection, data analysis, and data consolidation;
Help other SPT projects to ensure successfully project delivery and customer satisfaction;
Assist SPT head in managing expectations from internal and external stakeholders;
Prioritize work deliverables according to specified timeframes, and ensure timely completion;
Maintain a central repository of key project documentation;
Other duties assigned by SPT Head
Note: All tasks assigned and carried out must be performed in accordance with all relevant internal Bank policies and external legislative requirements
Experience/ Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in banking/finance/information technology/related discipline. Post graduate degree is highly desirable. Candidate with dual degrees an advantage;
Must have overseas experience with +10 banking experience. Project management and Consulting experience is preferable;
Knowledge of Commercial banking system
Knowledge and skills:
Excellent command of interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese with native mandarin speaking ability,Fluent English qualified to be an banking business interpreter in the projects..
Strong customer service, problem solving and teamwork. Able to resolve issue under pressure and time constrains. Strong analytical skills. Result-oriented with excellent client relationship building skills;
Rich project management experience. Good understanding in project lifecycle and project management tools.
Understand commercial banking business, particularly in risk management and control;
Overall assistance to the project directors/experts (from H.O.) working in JiNan. and able to work under high competitive environment.
