Responsibility:

Responsible for Customer Service, answer the phone. Report daily issue to department manager

Requirement：

Familiar with the computer software for office

Able to work under pressure and deliver quality results.

Must be fluent in verbally translation from English to Chinese and vise versa

Ability to communication and negotiation with customers.

Has an initiative to communicate with people

Excellent knowledge of the financial industry or the Forex industry

Diploma degree or above
