ESG Introduction:
Entrepreneur Service Group (ESG) offers a distinguished platform for entrepreneurs to raise VC funds, connect with key business partners, peers and position themselves for success at a critical stage of their growth cycle. ESG organized and sponsored 30 events in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship in China annually.

Job Description:
• Assist in ESG event planning, execution and follow-up.
• Assist in marketing materials including articles, presentations, white papers, and collaterals.
• Maintain ESG internal database, CRM data, project tracking spread sheets and business line marketing calendars.
• Manage and maintain the social media platform of SVB China, including Weibo and BBS.
• Provide administrative aid for various projects related to marketing and events.

Requirements:
• Time commitment: able to work at least 4 days per week for 3 months
• Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin
• Practical in MS office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactive and fast learner with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills
• Confidence and ability to work independently
