　　工作職責(zé)：

　　負(fù)責(zé)投行債券業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型；

　　挖掘投行債券業(yè)務(wù)中的數(shù)字化需求，尋找提高業(yè)務(wù)管理及項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行效率的具體解決方案；負(fù)責(zé)與IT 部門及供應(yīng)商合作，開(kāi)發(fā)客戶維護(hù)、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)、數(shù)據(jù)收集分析等各類系統(tǒng)；與中金其他部門對(duì)接，協(xié)助公司層面的系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)。

　　- Perform digital transformation for Fixed Income Business Unit within the Investment 

BankingDepartment- Analyze the potential digitalization demand in the Bond Underwriting business;

 developcorresponding solutions to improve the efficiency of business management 

and project execution- Coordinate with IT department external suppliers, e.g. develop systems

 for client management,internal team management, standardized business operation,

 data collection and analysis, etc.

　　- Cooperate with other departments within CICC to develop firm-level online system

       任職資格：

　　全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，金融工程、計(jì)算機(jī)、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先；數(shù)據(jù)分析能力強(qiáng)，能熟練運(yùn)用SQL/R/Python 等數(shù)據(jù)管理及分析工具；具有金融行業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，能夠快速理解投行業(yè)務(wù)；具有一定的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；正直誠(chéng)信，積極主動(dòng)，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通合作。

　　- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Financial Engineering, Computer Science,

 Statistics orother related majors- Proficient with data analysis, 

ability to use data analysis tools including SQL/R/Python- Familiarity with fundamental finance related knowledge, 

able to understand the Investmentbanking business quickly- Experience of project management
