[Requirements] 
a. Can speak/ write in English and Chinese 
b. Good oral and written communication 
c. Good organization skills 
d. Ideally finance/Economics major 
e. Availability: ideally 5 days a week. If not possible, at least 4 days a week, at least 3 months  
f. Education level: ideally someone who already graduated college. Currently doing masters is good.  
g. Maturity level should be high. Good if they have previous internship experience.  
 
[Responsibilities]
1.    協(xié)助風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主管設(shè)計(jì)及修改最大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)敞口（貸款額度）計(jì)算模板； 
2.    協(xié)助測(cè)試CMS（信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)）案例（利用現(xiàn)金流模板），完成審批任務(wù)； 
3.    參與微企和個(gè)人信貸授信政策的制定、修改及完善。 
Ps.工作內(nèi)容不一一詳述，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主管是一個(gè)臺(tái)灣人，非常熱情和善，很愿意教人。整個(gè)RISK是一個(gè)非常有愛(ài)的集體，CRO是英國(guó)人，而且很多同事都有海外背景，比較典型的外企工作環(huán)境，可以鍛煉英語(yǔ)的聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力。只要認(rèn)真細(xì)心好學(xué)，可以學(xué)到很多東西，包括銀行授信額度及流程中的術(shù)語(yǔ)（中英文）、信貸審批的各個(gè)階段，各條業(yè)務(wù)線之間的區(qū)別聯(lián)系，非常能學(xué)東西的一個(gè)部門(mén)。
