  Job Duties:

* To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
* To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling
* To explore new business opportunity through cold calls
* To handle customer feedback

Job Requirements:

* University graduate
* Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
* Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
* Logical thinking and good presentation skills
* Basic PC knowledge
