Training Admin Assistant職位描述： 
  Job Duties:

l Support RBWM internal and external accreditation & licensing exams logistics, such as preparing test papers, working closely with exam supervisor to ensure smooth roll out of exams.

l Support PPO / Soft-skills and Leadership training administration work such as liaising between ASP LDV and local trainers in preparing for courses to be held in China.

l Provide administration support such as course nomination, issuing joining instruction, coordinating post course evaluation, preparing MI, re-scheduling classes, and facilities maintenance.

l Work closely with branch level contact persons in providing logistic supports to trainers, including preparation of course materials, setting up training rooms, setting up equipment needed for training purposes, and provide on-site support.

l Provide ad hoc support in learning & development related projects such as organizing off-site events, business reviews and conferences.

l Responsible for data update and maintenance of MyLearning training records.

l Prepare MI report and Alert letter for new joiners.

l Other admin logistics support within HBCN LDV team.

Job Requirements:

l College education or above;

l Relevant experience in a administration/secretarial role is preferred;

l Good English, especially written English; ability to type Chinese would be an asset.

l Good interpersonal skills and is sensitive in dealing with confidential information.
