Sales Process & Accreditation Assistant PFS HBCN職位描述： 
  Job duties:
 To support in developing and updating sales process and accreditation mechanism
 Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to ensure efficient and effective sales process and accreditation mechanism
 To coordinate with relevant parties for the development of staff accreditation issues, monitor staff accreditation status and prepare accreditation MI report
 To support in monitoring sales process and activities to ensure the full compliance , maintaining and ensuring due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators
 To answer frontline’s queries regarding staff accreditation and sales process

Job requirements:
 Bachelor degree or above, finance related major is preferred
 Preferable with at least 1 year banking frontline experience
 Good commercial awareness and excellent MI skills, detail-oriented
 Good mastery of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 Proficiency in English writing and reading, strong logical thinking
 Strong communication skill and can work under pressure
