Global Markets Operations Intern職位描述： 
  Job Duties :

To scan deal source/documents for E-Filing.
To file hard copy of deal source/documents in storage room and further assist to store to GRM.
To prepare or dispatch manual fax letter confirmation and fixing advices.
To prepare check and input reason for fax report reconciliation and obtain supervisor’s review.
To receive and deliver system off-line reports to relevant staff in GMO.
To deliver vouchers to FIN after authorized by supervisor in the morning of each business day.
To deliver customer application form to Banking OPS for signature verification.
To classify and deliver TREATS deal tickets to different team

It is a 6 - month internship role.
