Job Summary:
  As member of consulting team, an analyst requires to conduct client’s request analysis; responsible for designing/providing solutions to improve the operations of insurance companies on a global basis; testing performances and usability of applications, designing relevant reports.

Specification:
  Bachelor degree or above, major in insurance, finance, mathematics, statistics or computer preferred;
  Excellent communication skills with good command of one foreign language or more (such as English, Japanese, French, German) preferred;
  Hard working, good team player and willing to work in other cities of China or abroad;
  Be creative, open for consistent improvement, good team player and fast learner, self-motivated and prudent at work;

職責(zé)簡述
  作為易保業(yè)務(wù)咨詢顧問團(tuán)隊(duì)一員，向全球客戶提供優(yōu)化保險(xiǎn)核心業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作的咨詢建議和解決方案；負(fù)責(zé)保險(xiǎn)公司核心業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)研發(fā)及客戶化定制需求的制定和分析；負(fù)責(zé)需求文檔的撰寫和測試用例的設(shè)計(jì)，參與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和維護(hù)。

任職要求
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，保險(xiǎn)、金融、數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先；
2. 優(yōu)秀的溝通和表達(dá)能力，精通一門或多門外語（英、日、法、德等）者優(yōu)先；
3. 工作主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，樂于接受跨國界、跨地域的工作委派；
4. 創(chuàng)新和持續(xù)改進(jìn)能力強(qiáng)，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和自我激勵(lì)，具備結(jié)構(gòu)化思維與快速學(xué)習(xí)能力。
