Sales Performance Assistant職位描述： 
  ob duties:
 Assist in designing and generating various sales performance management reports for business monitoring and sales management purpose.
 Assist in analytical report generation to identify performance trend, key issues and address to relevant parties for actions.
 Assist in sales database maintenance.
 Assist in the transition to more automatic and real time report generation with the launch of a series of new system.
 Deliver Access database system training or onsite support to internal users on Microsoft Access data retrieving and logic designing.
 Assist in communication channels such as sales meetings and intranet.

Job requirements:
 University degree or above, finance/computer science related major preferred.
 1-2 years of relevant experience from bank preferred.
 Microsoft Access database knowledge with sophisticated Excel skill.
 Strong analytical ability and numeric skills with attention to details
 Self-motivated, dedicated, good team player and can work under pressure.
 Good command of oral & written English.
