　　工作職責(zé)：
　　1. Assist in the execution of account opening and quota approval for various financing businesses and products,
　　and assist in providing consulting and training on capital business and products for investment managers.
　　幫助執(zhí)行各類融資業(yè)務(wù)和產(chǎn)品的開戶及額度審批，協(xié)助為投資經(jīng)理提供資本金業(yè)務(wù)及產(chǎn)品的咨詢及培訓(xùn)。
　　2. Regularly communicate with investment managers, pay attention to market trends in a timely manner,
　　and explore new financing business opportunities.
　　與投資經(jīng)理進(jìn)行定期交流，及時(shí)關(guān)注市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)，開拓新的融資類業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)。
　　3. Track the domestic financial market and regulatory environment,
　　collect major changes and trends in the market in a timely manner,
　　and focus on collecting and analyzing credit business market data.
　　跟蹤國(guó)內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)和監(jiān)管環(huán)境，及時(shí)收集市場(chǎng)的重大變化和趨勢(shì)，重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行信用業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析。
　　4. Statistically organize the relevant business data of the capital group,
　　conduct necessary relevant data analysis and issue reports.
　　統(tǒng)計(jì)整理資本金組相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)情況，進(jìn)行必要的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析并出具報(bào)告。
　　5. Assist to support business process and system optimization.
　　協(xié)助支持業(yè)務(wù)流程及系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化。
　　任職資格：
　　1. Entry level position for 2021 postgraduates, statistics/finance/computer majors preferred.
　　碩士研究生學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計(jì)、金融、計(jì)算機(jī)等專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
　　2. Have a certain understanding and interest in the capital market,
　　have internships in banks/securities companies /other financial institutions ,
　　have a certain understanding of credit trading business is preferred.
　　對(duì)資本市場(chǎng)有一定了解和興趣，在銀行、證券公司等金融機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行過實(shí)習(xí)并對(duì)信用交易業(yè)務(wù)有一定了解者優(yōu)先。
　　3. A solid programming foundation, proficiency in programming languages such as Python/VBA is preferred.
　　有扎實(shí)的編程基礎(chǔ)，熟練掌握Python/VBA等編程語言者優(yōu)先。
　　4. Have good communication and coordination skills and strong learning ability; Work proactive, self-motivated,
　　attention to details.
　　具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力；工作積極主動(dòng)，自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力強(qiáng)，注重細(xì)節(jié)。
