Job duties:
- Marketing Manager to be responsible mainly for the mortgage and insurance products:
- To understand marketing environment and customer insights, to be involved in new product idea generation process with product team
- To develop product launch strategy and customer communications campaign
- To support corporate affairs team in conducting press conferences, media education, and related customer events
- To understand product performance and develop product promotion, cross selling, product bundling ideas
- To support brand marketing team and channel team to provide product awareness & education information
- To be the gate-keeper for product marketing material risk and control process, ensure quality of delivery
Requirements:
- University graduate and 5+ years marketing and banking products relevant experience & successful track record
- Proven ability to operate independently and effectively in a global, matrixed environment
- Highly passionate, committed & self-motivated
- Very strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong analytical skills & learning ability
- Strong team-work and communication / influencing skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Skillful in PC windows, office application
